SHIPPING

Shipping charges are fixed at $15, no matter how much you buy or where you want us to ship. You are welcome to take advantage of this fixed shipping fee to shop till you drop.

All parcels require a signature. This is the only way to make sure customers receive their orders and also to protect us against claims of non delivery.

Customers are reminded to be aware of their local laws and regulations. We will not be responsible for any customs issues arising from the destination country. However, we will take full responsibility for any customs issues arising from China.

Refunds (due to customs issues) will only be honored (less shipping charges and restocking fee) if products are returned in complete and resaleable condition.

***Typical transit times from Mainland China to most Countries are 3-4 business days via air and a further 2-3 business days for processing through your customs. Delivery agents then take 1-2 business days to deliver to your door. Always allow 7-15 business days for each order from the time of dispatch to avoid disappointment. If your order is untrackable after 10 business days, you are welcome to contact us for a shipping enquiry at mjtecigs@gmail.com.

Although we do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and our shippers do their best to deliver your package to the airports, it is beyond our control to estimate during the lead-up to holidays, the time it will take for clearance and scanning into foreign countries. Please be patient - even shipping enquiries are delayed.

Please note: It is a normal practice when tracking your items to see "handed over to customs" upon arrival to your country. In most cases, your items will be released within a few days.

Also note that some countries have various bans in place and release can take weeks rather than days - any customs taxes and duties if imposed are at the customers expense, therefore it is the customers responsibility to check with their local customs prior to placing an order. In the unlikely event that your package is destroyed by customs rather than returned to us, the loss shall be at the customers expense.

In the event that your items are seized and returned to us, we will offer to re-ship one more time at no extra charge or offer a refund less our incurred shipping expense.

WARRANTY

We provide a 30 day warranty for all parts. The date begins from date of confirmed delivery to the date of complaint received. Our official policy requires the return of faulty or broken parts to us before we can provide a replacement. However, please contact us with your problem and we will make exceptions on a case to case basis. We are sorry for this inconvenience but there have been many dishonest claims that were made in the past. We are doing this so that we may continue to keep prices low instead of marking up our prices to include the cost of fraudulent claims.

In most cases, we sincerely ask for your cooperation that we may send replacements together with your next order. This way, we will usually not require the return of the faulty/ broken part(s).

Consumables such as Liquid and Cartridges are not warranted nor are painted surfaces against scratches & chipping.

Low resistance atomisers are warranted for only 7 days.
